27th May, Friday

It's making dumpling day!! Happily wrapping every bazhang together with ah ma

Chopping up the pork into small pieces~ Damn tedious can! About 2kg of pork can!
I took almost an hour to finish chopping all up lor!

The rice and the meat. Ah ma prepared the meat fillings. Alot of job to be done man!
Meat, mushroom, dang gui, some seed thing, seasoning & all. The time taken to cook the meat, etc.
Very amazed by it! Hahaha! Oh btw, we're making nyonya zhang :D

I wrapped these! Not bad right! :D

And we're done! I had like 2-3 at one go. Cos it's mini-sized. Oops, I forgot to take a picture of the inside wahahaha!!
Anyways, I had lots of fun wrapping it. I like to make food together with my ah ma~ She's a great cook!

Cutest ah ma ever. Love her ttm!
