A surprise day-trip or mini-adventure will impress your Aries woman more than most physical gifts will. Perhaps rock climbing lessons, or a trip to a theme park with big rollercoasters etc.
If you want to really fire her up and don’t mind killing yourself in the process, then some kind of extreme sport such as bungee jumping or parachuting together would really impress her, especially if she's never done it before.
